Our Story
SafePaw Collective was born from the kind of moments every pet parent hopes they never have to face—not in a boardroom, but through the real-life journeys of two beloved dogs: Jersey and Lux.
Jersey's health journey revealed how difficult it can be to see the full picture when veterinary records, lab results, medications, and notes are scattered across multiple clinics and portals. His experience inspired Health Journey—helping pet parents organize their pet's medical history, recognize patterns, and have more informed conversations with their veterinarians.
Then came Lux's unexpected emergency veterinary visit. In the middle of a stressful night, it became clear that preparedness is about more than medical records. Simple essentials—a phone charger, water, snacks, comfort items, emergency contacts, and important documents—can make an overwhelming situation easier to navigate. His experience inspired the Emergency Companion, Preparedness Center, Travel Mode, and Ready-to-Go Bags.
Together, Jersey and Lux revealed something important: pet parents need more than a place to store records. They need one trusted companion to understand their pet's health, prepare for the unexpected, and care with confidence.
